Limited Warranty
PURELLEL provides a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship.
If a genuine defect is found, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item with the same or a comparable product.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Damage resulting from incorrect mounting or failure to follow the Installation Guide.
Damage caused by exceeding weight limits, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Minor cosmetic changes over time, including natural aging of materials or slight fading.
Issues caused by exposure to extreme humidity, heat, or outdoor elements.
